Autumn Wheels guarantees that its products are free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date. The warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and is non-transferable. The warranty covers only defects that render the product unsuitable for normal use or significantly limit its use.

The warranty of Autumn Wheels does not cover damage resulting from:

• Incorrect or improper use of the product.
• Failure to follow usage or maintenance instructions.
• Normal wear and aging.
• Accidents, falls, or external influences (such as transport or installation damage).
• Modifications or adjustments to the product not carried out by Autumn Wheels or an authorized dealer.

The following parts and areas are considered wear parts and are therefore not covered by the warranty:

• Brake pads.
• Braking surface of carbon rims.
• Bearings.
• Decals and paint layers that wear due to normal use or external influences.

Use only brake pads suitable for carbon rims when using Autumn Wheels full carbon wheels.

Always switch brake pads when alternating between aluminum and carbon rims.

Residual particles can cause irreparable damage to the carbon braking surface. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in exclusion from warranty.

Any warranty claims must always be submitted in writing with proof of purchase to Autumn Wheels.

Autumn Wheels will assess the report and determine whether the damage falls within the warranty conditions.

If a defect is covered by the warranty, Autumn Wheels will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it, or offer a suitable alternative.

Any shipping costs for sending the product to Autumn Wheels are the responsibility of the buyer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
