RETURN POLICY

At Autumn Wheels, we strive for satisfied customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return policy. Below you will find all conditions and steps for returning products.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. Weekends and public holidays are included in this withdrawal period. If your order has not yet been shipped, you may also cancel it before shipment contact us at support@autumn-wheels.com or cancel via your customer account. During this period, please handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return Conditions
  • Products must be complete, unused, and undamaged.
  • Returns should preferably be sent in the original packaging.
  • Damage occurring during the return shipment is at the buyer's expense, unless the damage was caused by an error on the part of Autumn Wheels.
Return Costs

Return shipping costs are in principle at the buyer's expense. Only when the return is the result of an error or shortcoming on the part of Autumn Wheels will the shipping costs be reimbursed.

Refund

Upon receipt and approval of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Return Steps

Contact our customer service at support@autumn-wheels.com to register your return. Include your name, order number, and reason for return.
