You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This withdrawal period starts from the moment you receive the product. During this period, we ask that you handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- Products must be complete, unused, and undamaged.
- Returns should preferably be in the original packaging.
- Damage that occurs during the return shipment is at the customer's expense unless the damage was caused by a mistake from Autumn Wheels.
Return shipping costs are generally at the customer's expense. Only when the return is due to a mistake or defect of Autumn Wheels, the shipping costs will be reimbursed.
After receipt and approval of the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
