When you finally have that race or training camp where you need your own bike the most and want to take it with you safely, buying an expensive bicycle case is often an additional expense. After that, it spends most of the year sitting unused and taking up space where you would rather not have it.

That is exactly where we want to take care of you. Service is our number one priority. Do you need the bicycle case today? No problem. Order before 17:00 and, where possible, we will deliver it the same day within the Netherlands. Do you order after 17:00? Then we will arrange a suitable delivery time together for the following day.

We provide this service in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. That is why we do everything we can to ensure that the bicycle case is delivered to you well in time. Worried that delivery might be delayed? No worries. We ship the bicycle case well in advance, so it will be at your doorstep well before your departure.

How does it work?

• You choose below the country where you want the bicycle case delivered to your home. (Please note: this service is only available in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.)
• We make sure that the bicycle case is delivered to your home well before your departure.
• We recommend adding one extra day before departure and one extra day after returning when making your reservation. This gives you enough time to carefully pack your bike and calmly unpack it again after your trip. This way you can be sure that you do not forget anything.
• You have enough time to pack your bike calmly and safely.
• You take your bike on the plane worry-free and enjoy your holiday, training camp or race.
• After your trip, attach the included return label to the box and send the bicycle case back, including all supplied accessories, in the box we provided. Tape the box securely closed again and hand it in at a post office or parcel point.
• Once the bicycle case has arrived back with us, you will receive a message confirming that everything has been received in good condition. After that, we would of course be happy to welcome you again for your next trip.
