CRASH REPLACEMENT

At Autumn Wheels, we understand that accidents can happen. Because we stand behind the quality of our carbon wheels and want to support our customers, we offer a Crash Replacement Program.

Conditions
  • The program applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It is non-transferable and therefore not valid in case of resale or second-hand purchase.
  • Only valid for original Autumn Wheels products purchased from Autumn Wheels or an authorized dealer.
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • The program applies only in case of damage caused by an accident or crash.

Not valid in case of:

  • Normal wear or cosmetic damage.
  • Incorrect use or assembly.
  • Damage due to transport, storage, or improper maintenance.

Damage must be reported within 30 days of the incident via the contact form below or via support@autumn-wheels.com.

Replacement Options

If the damage falls within the program conditions, Autumn Wheels offers the option to purchase replacement wheels at a service fee. Exact options are discussed with the customer after damage assessment.

The old, damaged wheels must be returned to Autumn Wheels for inspection and recycling.

Procedure
  • Report the incident via our contact form or by email with photos of the damage and a copy of the proof of purchase.
  • After assessment, the customer receives confirmation whether the damage qualifies.
  • Autumn Wheels then provides a proposal for replacement wheels at a service fee.
  • After receipt and approval of the old wheels, Autumn Wheels delivers the replacement set.
Additional Information
  • The Crash Replacement Program is a one-time service per wheel(set).
  • Autumn Wheels reserves the right to refuse requests in case of suspected misuse.
