Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The buyer has the right to cancel the agreement within fourteen days of receiving the order, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). During this reflection period, the buyer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Returns are only possible if the products are complete, unused, undamaged, and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error or defect on the part of Autumn Wheels. Any damage occurring during the transport of the returned product is also the responsibility of the buyer, unless the damage results from an error or defect of Autumn Wheels.

If the return is correct, the buyer will receive a refund of the purchase price within fourteen days of receipt of the returned goods via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
